The 77 Democratic National Committee delegates from Tennessee unanimously voted to endorse Kamala Harris for president during a conference call on Sunday afternoon, according to William Owen, a Democratic National Committee member who participated in the call. Owen said the vote made Tennessee the first state delegation in the country to formally back Harris for president.
